No. An international driving permit (IDP) along with your valid home country license is accepted. We can also help you obtain a Thai license if you're staying long-term.
We place a hold of one month's rental on your credit card via Stripe. This is not charged — it's an authorization hold. It's fully released when you return the vehicle in good condition.
Yes! You can charge the car from any standard Thai wall outlet (220V). A full overnight charge gives you 100% battery.
At 6.6 THB per kWh, a typical 20%→80% charge costs about 152–250 THB depending on the model. Compared to a petrol car at ~4 THB/km in Phuket traffic, going electric saves you over 75% on fuel.
If the car breaks down, contact us and we'll arrange assistance as soon as possible. If available, we provide a replacement vehicle while yours is being serviced. Otherwise, we refund the unused rental days and apply the necessary amount from your deposit to cover any repair costs.
Absolutely. You can extend at any time. If you extend into a longer tier (e.g., from 3 months to 6 months), we'll adjust your rate to the lower monthly price retroactively.
No mileage limit. Drive as much as you want around Phuket and beyond.
Yes, you can drive to the mainland. Just let us know in advance. The car is covered by insurance throughout Thailand.
