• Vercel — hosting; sets a session cookie used for request routing (strictly necessary).
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet tiles — serve map tiles for the charger locator. They may log the tile request in their server logs.
• Stripe — on checkout pages only, for payment processing and fraud prevention (strictly necessary for payment).
