1. The Company

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must hold a valid driving licence accepted in Thailand.
• We may refuse any reservation at our sole discretion.

3. Rental plans

Plans are monthly subscriptions (Explorer 3 mo, Resident 6 mo, Local 12 mo). Price shown at booking applies. Prices include VAT where applicable and first-class insurance.

4. Booking and deposit

• A refundable deposit of 7,000 THB is paid at handover (cash or by card via Stripe). It is returned after the vehicle is brought back, less any damage or fines: in cash, returned in person on the day the vehicle is handed back; by card, credited back to the card within 5 to 10 business days; by PromptPay, you receive an email to provide your bank account, then you are refunded within a few business days. Note: card and PromptPay payments include a 3.5% processing fee, which is never refunded, including on the deposit or any other refund. Cash is charged the exact amount.
• Reservation confirmed once your identity is verified.
• Monthly rent is payable on the date agreed in the rental contract.

5. Cancellation and termination

• The reservation request is free and non-binding. Until the contract is signed and the deposit paid, either party may withdraw at any time, at no cost.
• Early termination (after signing): the Client may end the rental before the agreed term. An early-termination fee applies, equal to the rent remaining until the end of the agreed period, up to 7,000 THB. In other words: if several months remain, the fee reaches the 7,000 THB cap (the amount of the deposit); if only a short time remains (for example two weeks on a one-year contract), only the rent for that remaining period is retained, for a lower amount. This fee is deducted from the deposit; any balance is returned on vehicle return, less any damage or fines. No rent is due after the return date.

6. Use of vehicle

• Only authorised drivers listed on the contract may drive.
• The vehicle must remain within Thailand and may not cross any international border (insurance does not cover use abroad). No off-road, racing, or paid passenger transport (Grab, Bolt, Uber, etc.).
• Strictly non-smoking vehicle (no smoking or vaping on board). Pets are allowed only in a suitable travel carrier or bag, never directly on the seats. No illegal substances. Any breach incurs cleaning fees deducted from the deposit.
• You agree to respect Thai traffic laws. All fines are your responsibility.
• Bring the vehicle in for its scheduled maintenance on time (by date or mileage). Servicing is free (at our expense) and is required to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid.

7. Insurance and liability

Comprehensive first-class insurance is included: the vehicle is insured for rental use and covers third-party liability, theft, fire, flood and accidental damage. In the event of an accident, the insurance excess is deducted from the deposit; supporting documents are provided when the deposit is returned. The vehicle may only be driven by the driver(s) declared in this contract, each holding a valid driving licence. Not covered:

• Insurance excess: if a verified third party is at fault (police report), you pay nothing. If you are at fault, you pay the 15,000 THB excess, deducted from the deposit, whenever a claim requires the insurer to step in (dented panel, significant impact, bodywork to redo…) - whether in a road accident or damage you cause alone (for example a scratch or an impact against a post or wall in a car park). Only minor damage that can be repaired without an insurance claim costs you less: you then pay only its actual repair cost. Damage the policy does not cover (driving under the influence, unauthorised use, gross negligence) is fully your responsibility, beyond the deposit.
• Driving without a valid licence, or by a driver not declared in this contract.
• Damage while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Loss of keys, charging cables or vehicle documents.
• Interior damage (stains, burns, odours).

8. Charging

The vehicle is 100% electric. The renter keeps the battery charged. Public charger list on the website.

9. Breakdown or incident

In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact the insurer immediately - a support line is available 24/7 (details provided at delivery). The insurer coordinates and handles the intervention (roadside assistance, towing, repair); we do not carry out repairs ourselves. If the vehicle is immobilized through no fault of the Client (as established by the police report, the insurer or the garage's diagnosis), we provide a replacement vehicle if available; otherwise, the remaining days of the current month during which you are without a vehicle are refunded, and if the replacement vehicle is a lower tier (for example an ORA 400 instead of an ORA 500), the monthly price difference is refunded pro rata. In this case (force majeure), the Client may also terminate the contract with no early-termination fee; the unused period is refunded and the deposit returned, less any damage or fines. However, if the breakdown or damage results from misuse of the vehicle (letting the battery reach 0%, a charging error, off-road use) or from driving in breach of the law (alcohol, drugs), the repair costs are the Client's responsibility and are deducted from the deposit, with no refund of unused days.

10. Personal data

Data collected in connection with the rental is processed under our Privacy Policy and Thailand's personal data protection law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Phuket.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version at your booking date applies. Material changes for ongoing rentals notified by email.
