1. The Company

MF International Partners Co. Ltd., a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand under registration number 0835565008037. Registered activity: digital solutions agency (custom web development, AI integration, branding, SEO). The Company operates the long-term electric vehicle rental service under the brand EV Rental Phuket.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must hold a valid driving licence accepted in Thailand (national licence for Thai residents, international driving permit or Thai licence for foreign drivers).
• You must be legally present in Thailand for the duration of the rental (valid passport and visa or entry stamp).
• We may refuse any reservation at our sole discretion, including for incomplete KYC or safety reasons.

3. Rental plans

Plans are advertised as monthly subscriptions (Explorer — 3 months, Resident — 6 months, Local — 12 months). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of reservation. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and include first-class insurance.

4. Booking and deposit

• A reservation is confirmed when (a) KYC documents are validated and (b) the security deposit has been successfully authorised on your payment card.
• The deposit is a manual-capture hold via Stripe. It is released when the vehicle is returned in the same condition and with no outstanding fines.
• Monthly rent is charged in advance at the start of each rental period.

5. Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start date; the deposit hold is released.
• Less than 7 days: the first month's rent is non-refundable.
• Early termination by the renter during a rental period does not entitle a refund for the ongoing month, except in cases of documented force majeure.

6. Use of the vehicle

• Only authorised drivers listed on the contract may drive.
• The vehicle must remain inside Thailand. Off-road, racing, or commercial ride-hailing use is prohibited.
• Smoking, transport of animals without a cage, and transport of illegal substances are prohibited.
• You agree to respect Thai traffic laws. All fines and infractions remain your responsibility.

7. Insurance and liability

First-class insurance is included, covering third-party liability, theft, and damage to the vehicle, subject to the policy excess communicated at signing. The following are not covered and remain the renter's responsibility:

• Damage caused while driving under alcohol or drugs.
• Damage caused by an unauthorised driver.
• Loss of keys, charging cables, or vehicle documents.
• Interior damage (stains, burns, odours).

8. Charging

The Neta V is 100% electric. The renter is responsible for keeping the battery adequately charged. A list of public chargers and guidance on home charging is provided on the website.

9. Breakdown and assistance

In the event of a breakdown, contact us on WhatsApp at the number provided at delivery. We will organise assistance in Phuket within normal business hours. Off-island assistance may be chargeable.

10. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with the rental is processed under our Privacy Policyand in accordance with Thailand's PDPA.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Phuket, unless Thai consumer protection law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes for ongoing rentals will be notified by email.
