1. The Company

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must hold a valid driving licence accepted in Thailand.
• You must be legally present in Thailand for the duration of the rental.
• We may refuse any reservation at our sole discretion.

3. Rental plans

Plans are monthly subscriptions (Explorer 3 mo, Resident 6 mo, Local 12 mo). Price shown at booking applies. Prices include VAT where applicable and first-class insurance.

4. Booking and deposit

• Confirmed when (a) KYC validated and (b) deposit authorised on your card.
• Deposit is a manual-capture hold via Stripe, released on clean return with no fines.
• Monthly rent charged in advance.

5. Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before start; deposit released.
• Less than 7 days: first month non-refundable.
• Early termination gives no refund for the ongoing month except documented force majeure.

6. Use of vehicle

• Only authorised drivers listed on the contract may drive.
• Vehicle must stay in Thailand. No off-road, racing or ride-hailing use.
• No smoking, no animals without a cage, no illegal substances.
• You agree to respect Thai traffic laws. All fines are your responsibility.

7. Insurance and liability

First-class insurance included (third-party, theft, damage) subject to excess at signing. Not covered:

• Damage while driving under alcohol or drugs.
• Damage by an unauthorised driver.
• Loss of keys, cables or vehicle documents.
• Interior damage (stains, burns, odours).

8. Charging

The vehicle is 100% electric. The renter keeps the battery charged. Public charger list on the website.

9. Breakdown

Contact us via details provided at delivery. Assistance in Phuket during business hours. Off-island assistance may be chargeable.

10. Personal data

Data collected in connection with the rental is processed under our Privacy Policy and Thailand's PDPA.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Phuket.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version at your booking date applies. Material changes for ongoing rentals notified by email.
